Are the fees assessed on a weekly, monthly, or per-hour basis? When should I have to pay for the services?
You can either hire our consulting services on a monthly basis, in which case you will set aside a certain number of hours for us to work on your projects, or on an hourly basis, in which case you can decide how many hours you require. Please be aware that there will only be a certain number of hours per week available in the latter scenario.

At the end of the month, both options will be paid for. Thus, at the end of the month during which you used our services, we will send you an invoice with a due date of the 1st of the subsequent month.
During the term of the contract, may I change my plan? (From consulting to hourly, and vice versa)
From an hourly plan to a consulting plan: Yes, you can change it whenever you want.
From a consulting plan to an hourly plan: Yes, but only after the consulting contract ends.
Is it necessary to make a phone or video call, or can we communicate solely via email?
In order to ensure a thorough understanding of your requirements and provide personalized assistance, it is necessary to set up a discovery call. We value your preference for phone or video calls and recognize their effectiveness in discussing your specific needs, addressing concerns, and offering tailored guidance. Email communication, while useful for certain aspects, may not be ideal for immediate or in-depth discussions. Therefore, we highly encourage scheduling a phone or video call to facilitate a comprehensive conversation and provide you with the best possible assistance.
Can I request a customized package with more hours than the ones offered?
Absolutely! We encourage you to request a customized package that aligns with your specific needs. If you require more hours than the ones initially offered, we can tailor a package to accommodate your requirements and provide the necessary support.
Do I need to have a Zoho account before contacting you?
Having a Zoho account is essential before contacting us. 
I need urgent consultation. Can I schedule a meeting for today?
While we strive to accommodate urgent requests, scheduling a meeting for the same day depends on our availability. In general, same-day meetings may not be possible. We recommend contacting us by phone to discuss your urgent needs, and we will do our best to find a suitable time to address your concerns promptly.
How long does it take to set up simple automations?
We can typically set up simple automations within a week. The exact timeframe depends on the complexity of your requirements and the availability of necessary resources. 
When will I see the results of the implementation?
